HTH Stabiliser Free Chlorine Shock is a high-strength pool shock treatment supplied in a 4kg pack. The stabiliser-free formula is based on calcium hypochlorite and delivers a rapid, powerful chlorine dose without adding cyanuric acid (CYA) to pool water.

A stabiliser-free shock is the recommended choice where cyanuric acid levels in the pool are already at the correct level, or where there is a risk of CYA accumulation through regular use of stabilised chlorine products. Avoiding unnecessary stabiliser addition helps to maintain water balance and prevents the reduction in chlorine efficacy that excessive CYA levels can cause.

Suitable for reactive shock treatment following periods of heavy use, algae outbreaks, or cloudy water, as well as for planned weekly or fortnightly shock dosing as part of a routine maintenance schedule.
