HTH Stabiliser Free Chlorine Shock is a high-strength pool shock treatment supplied as a twin pack of two 4kg bags, giving a total of 8kg. The stabiliser-free formula is based on calcium hypochlorite and delivers a rapid, powerful chlorine dose without adding cyanuric acid (CYA) to pool water.

A stabiliser-free shock is the recommended choice where cyanuric acid levels are already adequate, or where regular shock dosing risks accumulating excess stabiliser over time. Because cyanuric acid does not degrade and can only be reduced by dilution, avoiding unnecessary stabiliser addition helps maintain water balance and prevents the reduction in chlorine efficacy that high CYA levels can cause.

The twin pack format provides a full season’s supply of shock treatment for most domestic pools, and offers better value per kg compared with single bags. Suitable for both residential and smaller commercial pool environments.
